1Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use PROMPTYai. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2Permitted Use
PROMPTYai is licensed for lawful personal and commercial use only. You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or in violation of any third-party rights.
3Token Usage & Billing
Each prompt generation consumes tokens from your plan allowance. Unused tokens do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges.
4Intellectual Property
PROMPTYai and its underlying technology are owned by PROMPTYai Inc. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the prompt outputs you generate, subject to the constraints of any AI model you run them in.
5Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Use AI-generated content with appropriate human review.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROMPTYai's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
